Our fixed fees are based on the assumptions below. If your situation differs, we’ll let you know before any additional cost applies — never after.
Repaying with your own money
- You own the property and no names need to be added or removed (additional fees apply if so)
- The property is registered at the Land Registry on a single registered title
- The legal title is correctly registered in your full name(s) with no amendments required
- There are no restrictions, notices or cautions registered against the title
Repaying when you remortgage
- You own the property you are remortgaging and no names need to be added or removed (additional fees will apply if this is the case)
- The property is registered at the Land Registry on a single registered title
- The legal title is correctly registered in your full name(s) with no amendments required — for example, missing middle name, incorrect spellings, maiden names or previously assumed names
- The property address is correctly stated to match the latest address databases used by lenders
- There are no restrictions, notices or cautions registered against the title
- There is only one charge registered with a mainstream UK lender and a second charge registered to Help to Buy (Homes and Communities Agency)
Repaying when you sell
- You own and occupy the property you are selling as your main residential residence and no names need to be added or removed (additional fees will apply if this is the case)
- The property is registered at the Land Registry on a single registered title
- The legal title is correctly registered in your full name(s) with no amendments required — for example, missing middle name, incorrect spellings, maiden names or previously assumed names
- The property address is correctly stated to match the latest address databases used by lenders
- There are no restrictions, notices or cautions registered against the title
- There is only one charge registered with a mainstream UK lender and a second charge registered to Help to Buy (Homes and Communities Agency)
When do I pay?
Only on completion. There is nothing to pay upfront, and if your case doesn’t go through, you pay nothing at all.

Full Terms of Business will be provided by Threemo Legal Services Limited in their first communication following receipt of your request for one of the above services. You remain at liberty not to accept these terms of business and cancel your instruction should you wish to do so.
